Slightly quicker this morning (I was a little late). iMapMyRide app says the distance was 7.14 miles and took me 32 minutes and 13 seconds.
I took some pics on route. One for Hector and view from Southwark bridge.
I'm the one in the hi-vis jacket and generally stops at red lights.
